Is the voucher value fixed?

The voucher value is customizable based on your business needs, starting from a minimum denomination of RM10.

What are the key voucher T&Cs?

• These vouchers can only be applied to purchases from Shopee Mall and Preferred sellers only. Shopee Mall sellers can be identified from these labels or   on the shop's profile page and product listings, whereas Preferred Sellers can be identified from this label:

⚠️ Notes:

• For first-time purchases, please allow a lead time of 4 weeks for the entire voucher creation and dispatch process to be complete.
